1. What is included with each Flamingo Explosion?
Each Flamingo Explosion includes the herd of your choice and
a double-sided, 4 ft. x 3 ft (h x w) sign for your personalized
greeting. Herd choices currently include pink flamingos, red
hearts, dinosaurs and cows. The number of items included varies
based on the herd type ordered.

2. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We prefer and appreciate to have orders placed at least one
week in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate
next day deliveries.

3. Do you offer anything other than pink flamingos?
We currently offer cows, dinosaurs and hearts, in addition
to our signature pink flamingo service.

4. What are your delivery and pick up times?
Every Flamingo Explosion is delivered between 12:00 a.m. and
6:00 a.m. to ensure a secret stealth surprise! Pick-ups occur
on the same day between 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. The Flamingo
Explosion herd may be kept for an additional day or days at
a charge of 25% of the first day's total for each additional
day.

5. How will my recipient know who sent the Flamingo Explosion?
You may reveal yourself as the surprise
giver by including your name (nickname, company name, etc)
on the greeting card that is included with each Flamingo Explosion.
However, you may choose to remain completely anonymous --
we'll never tell!

6. May I purchase a souvenir item to give along with my Flamingo
Explosion?
Certainly! We currently offer souvenir
herd items that we will leave behind at the time of delivery,
along with a bow and a card attached to the item. Click

8. Do you deliver every day of the week?
Yes we do! We deliver and pick
up seven days a week, 365 days a year.

9. Do you deliver in inclement weather?
We do our best to deliver in all weather
conditions, however, we reserve the right to not deliver in
outlandish weather conditions (blizzard, tornado, hail) or
acts of god, around loose biting dogs and in gated communities.
In the event that we are not able to deliver your Flamingo
Explosion in the mandated timeframes, you will be contacted
and either a alternate time will be scheduled or a refund
will be promptly provided to you.

Money Orders and Certified Checks accepted if received prior
to the delivery date.

12. Do you deliver to townhouses and apartments?
If there is a front yard area and the
townhouse association (if applicable) allows it, then we can
deliver to townhouse residences. Unfortunately, we do not
deliver to apartments at this time, but check back soon—an
exciting "yard-less" Flamingo Explosion product
is in the works!
